Company History

Apicore LLC started operations in 2003.

Apicore Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, commenced its operations in 2006 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Apicore LLC in 2015. Following the merger of Aktinos Pharma Private Limited into Apicore Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, effective August 2025, Apicore Pharmaceuticals Private Limited has undergone a structural transformation with more than half of its shares held by foreign entities (RK Pharma Inc. & Apicore LLC).
